'I still hate myself when I act like that,' Novak Djokovic admits he’s ashamed of his aggressive behavior on court and wishes to make people happy with his tennis

For the first time in my career, I was not satisfied with my own behavior. I broke rackets, screamed, and made a fool of myself on the court. This does not mean that I think differently now, that I am not ashamed when I act like that. I'm still ashamed, and I still hate myself when I act like that. Novak Djokovic said

He added that he has now accepted his weakness and is working hard to become a better version of himself every day. At the same time, he wants to have good relationships with people and wants to make them happy with his tennis. 

Novak Djokovic won’t reveal who he thinks is the GOAT in tennis 

With 24 Grand Slam titles, Novak Djokovic is a contender for the GOAT (Great of All Time) title, but he won’t reveal the name of the player he thinks should be considered the GOAT. In that same interview with Kurir, the Serb said the topic is difficult for him to discuss but enjoys the debate in the tennis fraternity. 

I will never say who I think is the GOAT. I leave that to others. Mostly out of respect for all the great tennis players and all the champions from previous generations. Novak Djokovic said 

Djokovic recently played the Rome Open but lost in the third round to Alejandro Tabilo in just 67 minutes. He has participated in just four tournaments, losing all, and has an 11-4 win-loss record this season.

The World No.1 is on the verge of losing his position to Italy’s Jannik Sinner if he fails to defend 2000 points. Djokovic won his third Roland Garros title last year and needs to reach the final in the upcoming event to save his top spot.

At the same time, the 22-year-old Italian suffered a hip injury during the Madrid Open and if he doesn’t achieve 100 percent fitness, he may end up missing the major event in Paris.
